How Aljannat Started?
Haji Ahmed Buksh, founder of Aljannat Sweets, had been in the sweets making industry since early 1950's. In the year 1984, he parted his ways with the partners and Aljannat came into being!
We are known to be the finest crafters of Desi-Ghee Sweets in our locality just because of his hard work and mission to provide the best quality of sweets for all the occasions.
Aljannat is the pioneer of selling sweets online in Pakistan. In 2017, we sensed that future is digital the grandson of Haji Ahmed Buksh started working on this right after his university. We started our e-commerce store with the best selling product, Sohan Halwa. The encouragement from all our customers nationwide help us build what we are today! We plan to expand internationally to cater the sweet tooth of all our Pakistanis who live in other countries in the near future.
How Sohan Halwa is made?
It all starts with collecting high quality milk, our milk is checked in lab and after passing our basic test we transfer it to production unit.
Till this day all our Sohan halwa is made on wood stoves. We source all our dry fruits from different parts of country, choosing the highest quality of American almonds, pistachios, cashews, saffron, cardamon, and most refined Desi-Ghee.
It takes around 6 hours for each single batch of Sohan halwa to complete, during these 6 hours a dedicated worker has to add all the ingredients as told by our ancestors.
